Dcubed closes successful Series A funding round
The Munich new space supplier Dcubed has successfully closed its Series A funding round. Eight international investors from Europe and the US have participated in the oversubscribed round.

Seven Munich startups receive funding from EIC Accelerator
The Europäische Kommission has selected 68 startups from 969 applications for support through the EIC Accelerator – including seven Munich startups. The funding pool, which is financed by a combination of grants and equity investments, comprises around 411 million euros.

Dcubed receives government funding
The spacetech startup Dcubed and the Hochschule München receive funding from the Bavarian Ministry of Economics’ space research program. The project for satellite solar panels manufactured directly in space by the Munich-based company is also expected to include the world’s first demonstration of 3D printing in open space.

Dcubed receives funding from ZIM
Nano is yesterday: For the development of a pico-actuator for small and nanosatellites, the Munich-based spacetech startup Dcubed together with Memetis from Karlsruhe has received funding from the Central Innovation Program for SMEs (ZIM). The project called PAKKS aims to develop an actuator measuring just a few millimeters.
