IDnow sold to American investment firm
Munich identity verification platform provider IDnow announces majority acquisition by private equity firm Corsair Capital. The investment is intended to further accelerate growth and expand market leadership.
IDnow cooperates with airline industry association
IDnow is participating in the Accelerate@IATA program 2022 of the International Air Transport Association (IATA). IATA is the industry association for airlines and represents, according to its own information, around 290 airlines, accounting for 83 percent of all air traffic. One goal of the cooperation is the digitalization of entry controls.
60 million euros for IDnow
IDnow has secured new credit financing from Blackrock. Up to 60 million euros in funding will be provided.
