Founded in 2021 by Christina Harbauer, Peter Schäfer, Martin Fleischer, and Noah Lars Gerullis, the startup aims to bridge the gap between humans and human-centric industry that uses artificial intelligence and exoskeletons.

Knowron wants to counter the skilled worker shortage with a digital, AI-controlled assistant for the manufacturing industry. The three founders Fabian Pelzl, Arturo Buitrago Mendez, and Ali Kareem Raja already received initial funding in 2022. In the interview, they explain what sets the app and analysis tool apart from others, how the startup founded in 2020 involved industrial customers in development, and where the founders want to stand in five years.

According to a current survey by the industry association Bitkom, German industry is confident about digitalization. German companies are also optimistic about the development of sustainable technologies.
