The Bitkom Startup Award is entering its next round. Until February 23, startups in education and logistics can apply for the Innovators’ Pitch. The finalists can look forward to €5,000 in prize money each and the chance to present their solution on a major platform.

The Munich logistics startup Everstox and Berlin fintech startup Banxware are cooperating: together they want to offer Everstox customers an innovative form of business financing. Through Banxware’s Banxy platform, Everstox customers will now be able to obtain growth financing online within minutes and repay it later based on revenue.

Supply chain startup Riskmethods acquired by Sphera
Riskmethods specializes in analyzing risks in supply chains to protect companies from revenue losses. The Munich-based startup has now been acquired by US corporation Sphera.

Cargokite closes successful pre-seed round
Wind-powered cargo ships – with this idea, the Munich startup Cargokite wants to make maritime logistics cleaner and more flexible. Investors SOSV and FTTF believe in the startup’s vision and are financing its pre-seed round.
