Women in Tech: Mareike Pfennig von Mellow
Mareike Pfennig, together with an old school friend, Manuel Mai, founded Mellow in 2022, an all-in-one coaching platform. With Mellow, the company supports organizations in preventing mental illness and developing employees. Before founding, Mareike studied information management and corporate communication, is a certified “Agile” coach and new work consultant, and has worked as a product manager for digital products and platforms.
