Munich-based energytech NuuEnergy secures €4.3 million in fresh capital. The company is building regional heat pump hubs and focusing on digital processes and strong investors from the cooperative environment.

The Munich startup NuuEnergy builds regional heating specialist businesses that plan, install, and maintain heat pumps – with craft quality and digital efficiency. This startup, founded in 2023, brings the heat transition into homes and houses. Our interview partner Julia Rafschneider first completed a degree in marketing, politics, and communication. After positions in climate tech, including at Tado, in scaleups and at a venture builder, she founded her own startup with Tobias Klug: NuuEnergy. In the interview, she talks about courage and stumbling, why proximity and distance matter, and why Munich needs more bridges between tech and application.
