Women in Tech: Vanessa Theel von Summ AI
Vanessa Theel co-founded Summ AI in 2022 together with Flora Geske and Nicholas Wolf. The AI-based tool translates complex texts into easy language at the click of a button. With the help of the startup, companies can make information quickly, cost-effectively and accessibly available to everyone and thus easily meet regulatory requirements for the accessibility of their communication – particularly with the entry into force of the Accessibility Strengthening Act in 2025. Ecoplanet: The cockpit for energy management

Knowron: AI support for mobile service technicians

Follow-up: How is Usercentrics actually doing?
The Munich startup Usercentrics is a consent management platform. The legaltech company helps other companies with its software solution in “consent management” for data protection. This allows websites and apps to request, manage, and document user consent for data usage in a GDPR-compliant manner. Usercentrics was founded in 2012 and has now received over 21 million euros in venture capital through three funding rounds. 1 million euro seed funding for Govradar
Following a successful pre-seed round in May last year, Govradar has now secured fresh capital again. The seed financing of one million euros also comes with well-known names: The investor circle includes, among others, former federal minister Karl-Theodor zu Guttenberg, Finanzcheck founders Andreas Kupke and Moritz Thiele, and managers Wolfgang Reitzle, chairman of the supervisory board at Continental AG, and Burkhard Schwenker, deputy chairman at Atlantikbrücke. With the investment, the Munich startup aims to further expand its platform in terms of content.

Luminovo secures 11 million euros
Munich-based startup Luminovo has successfully completed another seed round worth 11 million euros. The financing round is led by Chalfen Ventures.
