Heading to the moon: Why Bavaria is planning a moonport
German aerospace company OHB SE is founding the European Moonport Company, its own center for developing lunar infrastructure in Bavaria – a move of high strategic importance for Europe’s role in the coming race for the moon. The company is meant to advance concepts such as a central lunar logistics hub and strengthen Europe’s capability for sustainable lunar presence. Talos and Endurosat advance Icarus 2.0
