In the video podcast Pitch & People, Philipp Baaske, Vice President for Entrepreneurship at Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich and founder of NanoTemper Technologies, discusses why many high-tech startups are too enamored with technology, how he was "sometimes terrible" as a boss when he was a young founder and what he learned from that experience, and that there are other paths for startups besides venture capital funding, and what those paths can look like. His appeal to the Munich ecosystem: "We should have more confidence in ourselves, dare to do more (...) after all, we have the best conditions in Munich."
