It analyzes over 35,000 data sources daily — from municipal websites and development plans to competitor activities — and translates them into structured, geocoded location information in real time. Decision-makers in retail and real estate use Octoscreen to identify expansion potential early, monitor competitors, anticipate regulatory risks, and secure existing properties. Customers include EDEKA, dm Drogeriemarkt, FIM, Saller Gruppe, and NKD Group. Since 2025, there has been a strategic partnership with BBE Handelsberatung. The company was founded in Munich in 2018, is GDPR-compliant, and fully hosted in Germany.
