HELDFOR GmbH is a Web3 and blockchain company based in Munich. We aim to build companies whose products and profits contribute to solving global challenges. We are convinced that social and ecological problems should not be solved by donations alone, but also through the economic power of successful enterprises. That is why we define profit distribution right from the start: 20% of profits are to be deployed directly for social and ecological purposes. In this way, support can be funded through our own economic activities, without depending on donations. Another 70% is reinvested into expanding existing businesses and building new ones. This approach is intended to create new jobs, products, and increasingly greater opportunities over the long term to support people and the environment. The remaining 10% is allocated to the founder. We call this business model a “Decentralized Company Structure” (DCS). For financing, we intentionally leverage blockchain technology and a public token offering tied to statutory information and transparency obligations. At the same time, we want to harness the immense economic power of the blockchain world for projects in the real economy. In doing so, we rely particularly on the international blockchain community. We believe that an engaged community can achieve far more than a single corporate team. Transparency and decentralized principles are also intended to help keep the companies aligned with their original goals over the long term. Our first planned infrastructure project is a tree nursery in Bavaria that will produce climate-adapted saplings for the forests of the future.

two mo

two mo brings back something that is becoming increasingly rare in our digitized world: genuine human attention. We are developing an app that connects people worldwide—not through likes, algorithms, or artificial conversational partners, but through conscious, mutual listening. At the core is the MOMOLOG®: a 14-minute encounter between two people. For seven minutes, one person speaks while the other listens attentively. Then the roles reverse. No advice, no judgment, and no interruptions. Our method has already been practiced in more than 41,000 MOMOLOG® encounters since 2023. two mo is aimed at people seeking more genuine encounters in their everyday lives, as well as companies and organizations looking to strengthen empathy, well-being, and psychological safety. The app is currently in development. A pilot in the university environment of LMU München is planned for 2027, accompanied by scientific research. Adjuvanto

Adjuvanto is an AI-powered platform for sanctions list screening and resolving hits. It is designed for trade compliance teams. Conventional tools only report potential hits. Adjuvanto goes further and investigates each hit before an analyst sees it. The platform first standardizes master data, including spellings from Arabic, Chinese, or Cyrillic. Then it checks them daily against the sanctions lists of the EU, OFAC, the UK, and the UN. It rules out obvious false positives with documented reasoning. For all other hits, it researches online presence, address, and adverse media, providing the analyst with a fully prepared case. The decision is always made by a human. Every decision is automatically documented in an audit-proof manner. Integration with ERP systems takes place via API or batch upload. Our customers are compliance teams in export-oriented companies, such as mechanical engineering, industrial manufacturing, and logistics. The product was created in collaboration with more than 70 trade compliance experts from across Europe. We are supported by UnternehmerTUM, Legal Tech Colab, and the Munich Business School.
