The founders of Munich-based food startup Completeorganics are convinced that love goes through the stomach and health lies in the gut. This is why they started in 2017 to carefully ferment fresh organic vegetables by hand to create products that make our daily nutrition simple, natural, delicious and healthy. As the first company in the German food market, Completeorganics revives traditional fermentation recipes from “grandma’s times” that were lost in the course of industrialized food production, and interprets them in a very modern way with superfoods and exciting spices. The goal is to bring fermentation – the oldest and most natural method of preserving vegetables with the help of probiotic lactic acid bacteria – back to German dinner tables and make it fashionable again. Completely organic, vegan and free from additives and preservatives, Completeorganics’ fermented products make it easy to shape your daily diet more consciously. Whether pure, as a salad, as a side dish, as a topping – all with long shelf life and without tedious chopping. Completeorganics products are manufactured in Aschheim near Munich and are already distributed in over 1,500 organic stores in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, the Netherlands and France.
