LexDial

Fewer phone calls. More mandates. Every day, small law firms lose valuable mandates – not because of poor work, but because they don’t pick up the phone. A client calls at 6 p.m. with an urgent case. No answer. He calls the next law firm. The mandate is gone. For solo lawyers and small firms (1-3 lawyers), a full-time secretary doesn’t make economic sense. But missed calls cost tens of thousands of euros in revenue every year. That’s where LexDial comes in. We’ve developed Germany’s smartest AI phone assistant exclusively for law firms. LexDial takes every call – 24/7. Captures client data, schedules appointments, and intelligently forwards inquiries. All GDPR-compliant with German infrastructure and enterprise-grade encryption. Unlike generic AI reception services, LexDial is built specifically for law firms. Our agent understands legal language, recognizes when escalation is needed, and adapts individually to every firm’s workflow. Natural German voice synthesis, complete transcripts, easiest operation – with full concierge service. The numbers speak for themselves: we developed and launched the complete platform in under three weeks. In the first week after founding, we’re already onboarding three law firms. We’re moving fast because the market is ready. The opportunity is huge. Thousands of small law firms in Germany are underserved by traditional solutions. We’re attacking this market with superior customization, better voice quality, and sensible pricing (from €49/month vs. competitors at €200+). Our vision? To become the first choice for after-hours availability in German law firms, then expand into comprehensive legal automation.

MietTiger

MietTiger is a legaltech company that enables tenants to assert claims for excessive rent simply, digitally, and without financial risk. Through our website, tenants can check in just a few minutes using an automated rent calculator whether their rent is too high according to legal requirements – particularly the rent cap under §§ 556d et seq. BGB – and whether they have claims for reimbursement. After a positive review, they can upload their lease and digitally assign their claims to MietTiger. Our system then automatically creates an individual notice of defect and enforces the claims nationwide against landlords as a registered debt collection agency. Our model combines digitalization, consumer protection, and access to justice: especially people who would not hire a lawyer due to cost concerns or hesitation now have a simple way to reduce their rent and claim back overpaid amounts. MietTiger operates entirely on a success basis: only in case of success do we retain 50% of the reimbursement claim and additionally assert the statutory RVG fee against the landlord. If there is no success, the tenant incurs no costs. The market is large and growing: in many German cities, rents are significantly above the permissible level, while the rent cap has been extended and thus remains a relevant legal framework for the long term. MietTiger is not limited to individual cities but integrates the rent indices of major cities where the rent cap applies. This creates a scalable, nationwide applicable legal-tech product with clear social value: MietTiger makes tenant protection simple, digital, and economically accessible – five-minute check, pay less rent in the future, and get money back.
