About Das Lauftraining – ehem. evalu
Das Lauftraining is building intelligent training software to enable anyone to love sports. Running requires a highly personalised training plan to be a healthy sport and to be fun. Das Lauftraining is helping anyone who wants to become a runner, by showing them how running can be fun and easy, utilising state of the art training techniques, an autonomous AI coach and state of the art behavioural science. The startup is fully bootstrapped. Das Lauftraining is the successor of the Munich startup evalu. evalu used high-tech textile sensors to precisely determine the skills and weaknesses of runners and used machine learning algorithms to provide a human like coaching experience. evalu was funded by the European Space Agency and EXIST Gründerstipendium, accelerated by TechFounders and secured a large Seed-financing from High-Tech Gründerfonds and others. The company had to shut down after Series A funding was canceled last minute.
