gutfeel provides an interface for B2C companies to conduct digital testing with the Gen Z market quickly and cost-effectively. Research results can be generated within hours, providing the foundation for customer-centric decision-making. The two-sided business model offers a DIY software for companies that allows them to easily create surveys, define the required participant groups, launch surveys, and analyze results in real time. For survey responses, gutfeel relies on a mobile app through which a Gen Z panel is built. In this way, both the UX and the intrinsically and extrinsically motivated incentive system aim to generate high-quality results and to combine market research with fun, in order to also reach Gen Z, which has been underrepresented in panels to date.
