The listing is created once and, depending on the package, published simultaneously on Germany’s major real estate portals and across a partner network. All inquiries from all portals converge in the seller dashboard. Prospective buyers or tenants book viewing appointments themselves, a traffic light system indicates who is a good fit for the property based on voluntary financing and budget details, and documents are shared securely via link. In addition, the platform offers automated price estimates, AI-generated listing copy, a step-by-step sales guide leading up to the notary appointment, and the AI assistant Alex, who is available around the clock to answer questions. Our clients are private property owners throughout Germany, and as of September 2026, private landlords as well.
