Adjuvanto

Adjuvanto is an AI-powered platform for sanctions list screening and resolving hits. It is designed for trade compliance teams. Conventional tools only report potential hits. Adjuvanto goes further and investigates each hit before an analyst sees it. The platform first standardizes master data, including spellings from Arabic, Chinese, or Cyrillic. Then it checks them daily against the sanctions lists of the EU, OFAC, the UK, and the UN. It rules out obvious false positives with documented reasoning. For all other hits, it researches online presence, address, and adverse media, providing the analyst with a fully prepared case. The decision is always made by a human. Every decision is automatically documented in an audit-proof manner. Integration with ERP systems takes place via API or batch upload. Our customers are compliance teams in export-oriented companies, such as mechanical engineering, industrial manufacturing, and logistics. The product was created in collaboration with more than 70 trade compliance experts from across Europe. We are supported by UnternehmerTUM, Legal Tech Colab, and the Munich Business School.

Air2Growth is developing an innovative system that converts CO2 emissions directly on-site into high-quality organic fertilizer. Using advanced microalgae technology, we create a closed circular economy that enables more sustainable, independent, and economical agriculture. Our solution specifically targets greenhouse operators as well as modern agricultural businesses. By directly utilizing exhaust gases and CO2 sources, our customers not only actively lower their environmental footprint, but also noticeably reduce their ongoing fertilizer costs at the same time. In times of fluctuating market prices and uncertain supply chains, Air2Growth makes businesses independent of fossil raw materials and synthetic imports. In this way, we combine effective climate protection with concrete economic benefits and strengthen the future viability of regional food production.

Aktlas

Aktlas is the compliance platform for the EU AI Act, built for SMEs. Companies record their AI systems in a central inventory, classify the risk of each system according to the regulation’s requirements, and receive audit-ready documentation as a result: checklists, evidence, and PDF reports that stand up before management, clients, and auditors. Instead of reading 144 pages of regulations or purchasing consulting days, teams answer straightforward questions and receive specific, prioritized tasks. Our customers are small and medium-sized enterprises in the DACH region that are already using AI—from support chatbots to applicant screening—and want to fulfill their obligations under EU Regulation 2024/1689 without a dedicated compliance team.
