Nearfaces – easily find your friends without sharing your location Nearfaces is an innovative technology company based in Munich. Stepflow is a digital platform that fundamentally redefines the creation and use of tutorials by transferring social media features to real step-by-step methodology. Classical paper manuals or video tutorials, often confusing and with missing intermediate steps, stand in contrast to our solution, which transforms the same process into clear, intuitively comprehensible individual steps (chunks). Many existing approaches also fail due to lack of standardization, limited editing capabilities, and insufficient collaboration. Content is difficult to adapt, not structured as comprehensive step-by-step instructions, and offers little opportunity for further development. Additionally, there are limitations from isolated media formats and missing automatic multilingual support. This is exactly where Stepflow comes in: The platform enables users to transform content in a structured, standardized, and AI-supported manner into interactive step-by-step tutorials. Users can import existing content such as videos or create new tutorials while flexibly combining video, image, text, and audio. Through real-time collaboration, direct feedback, and automatic translation, dynamic, easy-to-understand, and globally usable tutorials are created. Stepflow makes complex knowledge not only accessible, but immediately applicable – efficiently, scalably, and user-centric.
