Clarity Careers

Clarity Careers replaces gut feeling in recruiting with data-driven decisions. Our AI-powered platform connects European students and graduates with verified companies: not through CVs, but through structured profiles, behavior-based assessments, and personality analyses. Students gain a clear picture of their strengths and fitting career paths, companies find talent that truly matches their role and culture. This way, we reduce mis-hires, shorten time-to-hire, and make potential visible that traditional application processes overlook. Currently, several B2B pilot discussions are underway with companies in the EU, UK, and Switzerland.

Craftpool

Craftpool is the B2B platform that enables craft businesses to lend each other staff on short notice. If a business has too little work at any given time, it can lend employees to another business facing an acute need for support—and vice versa. In this way, businesses balance out peaks and lulls in orders directly among themselves, entirely without temporary employment agencies and without the usual detours via personal contacts or coincidence. Depending on their current workload, every registered business can act both as a provider of staff and as a seeker. Payment is handled directly between the participating businesses, with Craftpool only receiving a tiered placement fee. The platform was founded by Constantin Pöttinger, 24, himself an electrician from Höhenkirchen-Siegertsbrunn, who knows the problem firsthand from his own day-to-day business. Craftpool is launching across Bavaria in mid-September 2026 and is bootstrapped, meaning it is entirely funded without external investors.

Frankly

Whether McKinsey, Goldman Sachs, KKR, or Celonis – for the people in these companies, the job is rarely just a part of life; it is the center of it. People want to exchange insights: What do others in my role really earn? What is the culture like at the company I want to switch to? When is the right moment for an exit? Until now, honest answers have only existed in confidence, never on a real-name network. Ego and self-promotion, as seen on public career platforms, have run their course. The humble-bragging, recruiter spam, the filtered version of everything – the bubble has had enough of it. What remains is the desire for real, honest exchange. Which hasn’t existed anywhere until now. Frankly is changing that: the anonymous, verified network for the bubble in the DACH region. Every company has its own anonymous hallway, every topic its own room – Salary & Bonus, Exit & Career, Culture & Red Flags. Anonymous so you can be honest. Verified so you can trust the answers. And every person is personally vetted before getting in. The app is ready and submitted; the launch is imminent. We are preparing a pre-seed round and speaking with angels and early-stage investors from the DACH region – for this, we welcome any connection in the Munich scene who knows the bubble.
