About VePa Vertical Parking
At VePa, we have developed vertical parking towers that function as a forward-looking and innovative solution for the parking space challenges faced by real estate projects and in urban areas. On minimal space, flexible, recyclable, and sustainable parking spaces can be created that support the real estate industry in urban areas, helping to provide urgently needed living space and more environmentally friendly living environments while contributing to the achievement of climate targets. Through our Urban Mobility Hubs, VePa also enables the expansion of urban sustainability concepts and the transition from traditional to emission-free mobility, where shared and micromobility options as well as electric charging infrastructure are combined in one parking tower, creating a centralized offering of charging facilities. Our motto is “Let’s rethink parking” – because our innovative parking solution reduces parking space to a minimum by creating up to 12 parking spaces vertically in an area that would otherwise accommodate just two. This not only frees up more space for additional building area but also unseals potential green spaces. Compared to underground parking garages, our solution avoids large quantities of concrete, making the parking space not only about 30% cheaper on average but also saving up to 98% CO2 per parking space. The vertical parking system operates on a circulation principle, with individual platforms driven by an energy-efficient electric motor, and the required energy is generated sustainably through a photovoltaic system. For us, flexibility and modular construction are especially important when building the towers, enabling assembly and disassembly within just a few days and offering a flexible selection of facade designs. For urban areas, we particularly recommend to our customers greened external facades to additionally benefit the microclimate in cities.
