
About Visevi Robotics GmbH
Intelligent service robots will support us in the future with tedious or dangerous tasks and will increasingly become part of our work environments and homes. A key capability of such robots is the planning of movements based on visual recognition of their surroundings. Visevi Robotics offers computer vision solutions for service robots with manipulation capabilities (arm/gripper). We make the camera the essential sensor to significantly reduce complexity elsewhere. Our multi-patented camera-based sensing technology is aimed in this direction, allowing us to replace hardware sensors on the robot with virtual software sensors. Current areas of application include logistics, eCommerce, and later also food/farming. We are a spin-off from the former EXIST research transfer RoVi Robot Vision at the TU München.
