About Zerospace
Zerospace develops XR software used in product development. Our solution merges the digital information world with real-world implementation (Digital Twin). Key benefits for our customers are: significant cost reduction (approximately 45% savings potential in prototype development, …), shorter development cycles (approximately 20% more efficiency in engineering inspections), higher maturity in early stages of product development (approximately 30% prevented errors), and more informed decision-making (same information basis for developers and managers). Many users work simultaneously on the object (e.g. vehicle), some physically on-site, others virtually (AR glasses, smartphone, desktop). On the frontend side, we are platform-independent. We combine three areas of expertise: 1. Data Intelligence (all CAD data formats, bidirectional) 2. Hybrid Viewing (multi-platform) 3. Co-Authoring Experience (collaboration solution in the cloud) Target customers are companies that develop complex products, such as the automotive industry, aircraft manufacturing, mechanical engineering, and many more. Their current challenge is that development is “disconnected,” meaning there is no connection between product management, 3D engineering, and physical implementation (prototypes). We differentiate ourselves from competitors through our application expertise and the combination of hybrid viewing (not just virtual!) and co-authoring (multiple users simultaneously, across teams and locations). We are a spin-off with an 8-person team (7 of whom are developers) and have been developing XR software for many years. We are 4 founders and 4 employees. Our product is already in use in various development areas at several leading industrial companies. A major automotive manufacturer is now requesting 100 licenses. The team is in place. Customer relationships are very strong. We are now preparing the spin-out from the existing company into Zerospace. We need capital for this. The details of the spin-out scenario are still being determined. We want to become the leading provider in Europe for XR software in product development. We are like Microsoft Teams for developers and managers in development projects. Currently, the solution is still offered as an on-premise solution. In the future, we want to establish the software to a large extent as a SaaS solution. Customers pay per license. We aim to be profitable in 2024. For 2026, we project approximately €60 million in revenue (conservative planning) with very high EBIT margins, as our business is highly scalable. For 2023, we plan revenue of €2.4 million. We are starting with existing customers and see enormous growth potential there for deeper market penetration. New customers will also be acquired.
