That's why, in 2017, they began laboriously fermenting fresh organic vegetables by hand to create products that make our daily diets simple, natural, delicious, and healthy. Completeorganics is the first company in the German food market to revive traditional fermentation recipes from "grandma's time" that have been lost in the wake of industrialized food production, giving them a modern interpretation with superfoods and exciting spices. The goal is to bring fermentation—the oldest and most natural method of preserving vegetables with the help of probiotic lactic acid bacteria—back to German plates and make it fashionable again.
