The founders of the Munich-based food startup Completeorganics believe that the way to a person's heart is through their stomach, and that health lies in the gut. That's why, in 2017, they began laboriously fermenting fresh organic vegetables by hand to create products that make our daily diets simple, natural, delicious, and healthy. Completeorganics is the first company in the German food market to revive traditional fermentation recipes from "grandma's time" that have been lost in the wake of industrialized food production, giving them a modern interpretation with superfoods and exciting spices. The goal is to bring fermentation—the oldest and most natural method of preserving vegetables with the help of probiotic lactic acid bacteria—back to German plates and make it fashionable again.

Completely organic, vegan, and free from additives and preservatives, Completeorganics' ferments make it easy to make your daily diet even more mindful. Whether eaten on their own, as a salad, as a side dish, or as a topping—all with a long shelf life and no messy chopping required. Completeorganics products are produced in Aschheim near Munich and are already sold in over 1,500 organic stores in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, the Netherlands, and France.
