Elixion is a health tech startup based in Munich and Essen. We are tackling the nursing shortage and rising costs in hospitals and nursing homes through the digitalization of the healthcare system.
More specifically, we have developed a smart catheter that completely automates patient monitoring of tubing lines – from data acquisition to logging and complication detection.
This allows hospitals to significantly reduce the workload of nursing staff, cut costs and also improve the quality of care.
