Benedict Padberg is the initiator of Interlink Space, the new coworking space in western Munich for future-oriented minds. The founder and investor has built several award-winning tech startups, including the anti-bot platform Friendly Captcha, which won the German Founders' Award, and the hydroelectric power plant manufacturer Blue Freedom, which won the German Sustainability Award for Startups and the German Design Award. With Interlink Space, he is now applying his "purpose over hype" philosophy to the workplace and aims to create a community for impact-driven creators.
