Fewer phone calls. More clients.

Every day, small law firms lose valuable clients – not because of poor work, but because they don't answer the phone. A client calls at 6 p.m. with an urgent matter. No answer. He calls the next firm. The client is lost.

For solo practitioners and small law firms (1-3 lawyers), a full-time secretary doesn't make economic sense. But missed calls cost tens of thousands of euros in revenue annually. This is where the LexDial comes in.
We've developed Germany's smartest AI telephone assistant exclusively for law firms. The LexDial answers every call – 24/7. It captures client data, schedules appointments, and intelligently forwards inquiries. All GDPR-compliant, with German infrastructure and enterprise encryption.

Unlike generic AI reception services, LexDial is specifically built for law firms. Our agent understands legal terminology, recognizes when escalation is necessary, and can be individually adapted to any law firm workflow. Natural German speech synthesis, complete transcripts, and extremely user-friendly operation – with full concierge service.

The numbers speak for themselves: We developed and launched the entire platform in under three weeks. In the first week after our founding, we already onboarded three law firms. We're moving fast because the market is ready.

The opportunity is huge. Thousands of small law firms in Germany are underserved by traditional solutions. We are entering this market with superior customization, better voice quality, and sensible pricing (from €49/month vs. competitors at €200+).

Our vision? To become the first choice for after-hours accessibility in German law firms, then to expand into comprehensive legal automation.

Business model

Founder We are Viktor Siewert and Janosh Pit Christov – the founders of LexDial.

We know each other from Frankfurt, before we both moved to Munich for our studies. Viktor is studying economics, and Janosh is doing his legal traineeship at the Amberg Regional Court.

Viktor - Co-Founder & CTO

Viktor is responsible for the complete technical development at LexDial. He likes to build quickly – at LexDial, we needed about three weeks from the initial concept to launch. Besides LexDial, Viktor works on two other projects: At S&S Consult, he advises international founders on entering the German market. At Time Boutique, a luxury watch retailer, he developed a digital platform and is responsible for business development there as a partner.

His approach is pragmatic: build products that work, iterate quickly, and focus on the essentials.

Janosh - Co-Founder & CEO

Janosh brings the necessary legal expertise. He has worked at law firms such as Mayer Brown and PwC and knows the day-to-day workings of a law firm firsthand – the processes, the challenges, the regulatory requirements. At LexDial, he is responsible for ensuring that we build a product that truly fits into the daily work of lawyers. Not just one that functions technically, but one that also understands how law firms really operate and what they need.

We complement each other well: Viktor builds the technology, Janosh understands the market. We both work in a goal-oriented and direct manner. LexDial is our first joint project – and we're approaching it in exactly the same way: quickly, focused, without any unnecessary frills.
