MARGINOS is a decision-driven software system for professional automotive retailers that manages inventory on a vehicle-by-vehicle basis – not as a total number. Each vehicle is treated as an independent economic unit with its own market segment, cost structure, and risk profile, and therefore requires daily decision-making.

While traditional DMS and reporting tools provide data but offer no guidance, MARGINOS bridges the gap between data and action. The system continuously evaluates inventory based on market signals, holding times, capital commitment, and individual trading strategies, delivering clear, actionable decisions for each vehicle – without dashboards, reports, or manual interpretation.

As a higher-level control layer on existing systems, MARGINOS acts as the missing decision-making level between inventory, market and margin, enabling traders and trader groups to proactively manage their inventory and make better decisions every day.

Business model

Founder MARGINOS was founded by Patrick Maghazehi, founder and builder of decision-driven software systems, and Boris Panic, a long-time entrepreneur in the professional automotive trade. The combination of systemic product and decision-making thinking on the one hand, and deep operational automotive dealership know-how on the other, forms the foundation of MARGINOS. While Patrick is responsible for the decision logic, software architecture, and product vision, Boris contributes the daily realities of the automotive trade – with a clear view of margins, vehicle holding times, and operational constraints. MARGINOS emerged from this close integration of technology and practice: built by decision-makers, for decision-makers.
