Raphael Mielke is co-founder and CEO of Scelion. Previously, he spent over five years driving growth in startups and scale-ups, built up the partnerships division at Hive, and was responsible for enterprise deals at Celonis. His expertise in public procurement, tender management, and data-driven process optimization forms the basis for using AI to make public tenders more efficient and transparent.

Alexandros Avlastimidis is co-founder and CTO of Scelion. Previously, he was a serial entrepreneur (including Bruedergreen, which was subsequently sold, and zukunft company) and an Entrepreneur in Residence at Antler. As a Senior Consultant at Accenture, Altran, and FHC+P, as well as IT Director of the Bavarian State Collections of Science and Humanities, he led complex digitization projects in the public sector – experience that now informs the development of the Scelion platform.
