Founders Samuel (23), Staël (26), and Tim (23) met at the Technical University of Munich, where they quickly shared their vision of making the labor market more generationally equitable. Tim brings experience in strategy consulting and project management, Samuel has already built startups and scaled business development structures, while Staël worked as an AI and software expert at Capgemini, among others.
