Sovaro GmbH
Entry last updated on June 9, 2026

Sovaro is developing a B2B SaaS platform for small and medium-sized enterprises that centrally manages IT assets, SaaS licenses and on-/offboarding processes.

Many growing companies quickly lose track of which devices are in use, which software is actually being used, and which access rights or licenses remain open after employee changes. Sovaro makes this information visible, identifies unused software licenses, and translates this into concrete workflows for IT, HR, and Finance. This allows companies to reduce SaaS costs, streamline operational work, and cleanly document onboarding and offboarding – without a dedicated IT department or complex enterprise software.

The initial focus is on IT asset management, SaaS management and employee lifecycle workflows for DACH companies with 20 to 250 employees.
