Filics secures €13.5 million in funding
Munich-based robotics startup Filics receives €13.5 million in funding for the further development of its autonomous transport robots and expansion into European markets. The round was led by Bayern Kapital.

In July, Workerhero already announced the closing of its Series A of €4 million. The round was led by Mediahuis Ventures, and existing investors, including 10x Founders and Bonsai Partners, also participated. Bayern Kapital is now also joining and raising Workerhero’s Series A to €4.6 million.

Farminsect secures 8 million euros in Series A
Insects as animal feed: The startup Farminsect has successfully completed another funding round for its sustainable alternative to soy and fishmeal. The Munich-based agritech receives 8 million euros from VC Sandwater and other investors.

Lars Möreke becomes new CEO of Bayern Kapital
Lars Möreke takes on one of the two CEO positions at Bayern Kapital. The 48-year-old most recently built the VC arm of Deutsche Bahn.

Tidely closes seed financing round with 3.5 million euros
