Pitch & People, the new video podcast from Munich Startup, was out and about at the Bits & Pretzels with StartupMatch, the platform that brings together startups and investors through 60-second pitches, and let founders pitch their ideas. All pitches are in the video.

The Munich startup Sitegeist has won the “Munich Startup Special Prize” 2025. The prize comes with 5,000 euros. Additionally, the company, founded in 2025, took first place in the European Pitch Contest, the official pitch competition at Bits & Pretzels.

The Bits & Pretzels enters its 12th edition and attempts to reinvent itself in the process. Under the motto “Connecting Europe,” the founder festival becomes a platform for targeted exchange between scaleups, investors, and political decision-makers. From September 29 to October 1, 2025, around 7,500 participants will meet in Munich – including 1,500 investors.
