The Munich startup Usercentrics is a consent management platform. The legaltech company helps other companies with its software solution in “consent management” for data protection. This allows websites and apps to request, manage, and document user consent for data usage in a GDPR-compliant manner. Usercentrics was founded in 2012 and has now received over 21 million euros in venture capital through three funding rounds.
