Christina Mauer co-founded Einwert in 2022 with co-founder Maximilian Schlachter. The civil engineer earned her PhD at the TU München in the field of real estate valuation and subsequently worked as a portfolio manager for real estate funds. With Einwert, she is developing a platform for digital real estate value management that automates processes around real estate valuations, creates data-based decision-making foundations, and brings together key industry players such as asset managers, banks, and investors in one place.

Einwert offers technology-supported property valuation for institutional investors. In a pre-seed round in May 2022, the startup raised two million euros, now followed by a seed funding round of four million euros. The fresh capital will flow into the development of the Einwert platform.

With a hybrid approach, Einwert wants to sustainably transform the property appraisal market, which has been only marginally digitalized so far.
