Acquisition of Mantro Product Studio
The Munich-based venture building unit Mantro Product Studio of Mantro Group is being acquired by Creative Dock Group, which specializes in developing, scaling and operating digital business models. The goal of the acquisition is the strategic expansion of presence in the DACH region as well as strengthening the customer portfolio. Special focus will be placed on the manufacturing and energy sectors.
Company builder Mantro launches AI manufacturing facility
Together with several partners, the Munich high-tech company builder Mantro has established a green AI manufacturing facility. The new Mantro AI Studio is to develop customized AI solutions for medium-sized businesses.
