What you bring
Strong background in audio DSP and array signal processing (beamforming, TDOA, localization)
Hands-on experience with embedded audio, e.g. STM32, Teensy, Raspberry Pi, ESP32, or similar
Proficiency in C/C++ and Python/MATLAB for prototyping
Experience with MEMS microphones and multi-channel audio acquisition
Pragmatic, prototype-first mindset; able to work independently
Nice to have
Experience in noisy outdoor environments
Low-power embedded design
Interest in co-founding and building a company from day one
