YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
  • You are operating as a key stakeholder for our customer base.
  • You will advocate internally for your customers and help ensure that improvements to our product have the greatest possible added value for all customers.
  • You are building executing processes for customer success teams that maximize the efficiency of our business procedures and ensure a high satisfaction of our clients.
  • You will support the improvement of our product to create the greatest possible added value for all our customers.
  • You develop a deep understanding and knowledge of our product in order to give our customers the best recommendations.
  • You will help our sales teams to answer product related questions.

YOUR PROFILE
  • You already have first experience in Sales, Customer Success or Account Management and want to dive deeper.
  • You are excited to guide our customers through the entire customer journey, from initial requirements analysis, through implementation to the final successful delivery of the product.
  • You are enthusiastic about for working in a start-up and you are looking for a career start in customer success.
  • You are self-motivated and creative with a can-do mentality, like to move things forward and make an impact each day.
  • You are organized, goal-oriented person with strong communication skills.
  • You work independently, proactive, and you are open-minded.
  • You are constantly eager to learn new things, and also share your knowledge with others.
  • You write and speak German and English fluently.
  • You have a background (ideally) in the field of economics, marketing, computer science or similar and you are eager to extend your knowledge of marketing and sales psychology.
