Senior Operations Excellence Manager (m/f/d)
Your mission
Your responsibilities
- Overseeing shipping processes to ensure efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery.
- Managing legal and tax-related communications, ensuring compliance and addressing any potential tax obligations.
- Enhancing order & revoke operations to provide a high level of service and resolve customer inquiries including disputes effectively.
- Implementing technology quality improvements to optimize operational performance.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and drive efficiency in all operational aspects.
- Leveraging data insights to inform strategic decisions, regularly assessing operational performance against predefined benchmarks.
- Developing and executing cost-reduction strategies for operation processes, while also maintaining a keen focus on the entire order, revoke and shipping communication journey.
- Proactively identifying and mitigating operational risks to maintain and enhance the organization's reputation and performance.
Your profile
- You have 2+ years of proven experience in a Customer Operations or a similar Operations-facing position.
- You enjoy providing valuable feedback to your team, adjusting your work based on quarterly feedback, and actively pursuing additional insights for personal and team development.
- You excel at juggling a busy workload, supporting and guiding other team members to keep things running smoothly.
- You take an active role in projects, guide your peers, and eagerly tackle problems, always seeking ways to improve and grow.
- You are a team player who respects and contributes to fostering a positive work environment while agilely handling challenges.
- You are fluent in English; German is a nice to have.
