We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who wants to contribute to our fully bootstrapped, profitable, and growing business. This role allows you to get exposed to all areas of marketing efforts from day 0, and to make your role more adherent to your preferences and skills as you grow inside the company. Your mission

• Development, implementation and optimization of digital marketing measures
• SEO and Content Marketing: Conducting keyword analyses and competitive intelligence, developing and implementing SEO strategies and content campaigns to improve the visibility of our pages and increase organic traffic
• Performance Marketing: Managing and optimizing performance marketing campaigns (SEA)
• Monitoring, optimization and controlling of all digital measures using web analysis (Google Analytics, AHrefs) and creating reports
• You take responsibility and come up with creative ideas on how we can rank better in search engines
• You develop and optimize our marketing processes and guidelines
• Active participation in the planning and implementation of strategic online concepts in collaboration with Customer Success & the founding team

Requirements

• You have several years of relevant professional experience in the field of digital B2B marketing, ideally in the information technology environment or products and services requiring explanation
• Very good knowledge of common SEM and tracking tools (e.g. Google Ads Editor, Google Analytics...)
• Analytical thinking and an affinity for numbers, as well as experience in using analysis tools
• Creativity and a good sense of trends and target groups
• Ability to work in a team, strong communication skills and a structured way of working
• You are fluent in German and English
