Impact Startup - Ecosystem Lead I Digital and Sustainable Agriculture

KIREAP is a deeptech social impact start-up part of the TUM Ventures network tackling major sustainability challenges in the agricultural supply chain industry: how to secure a sustainable and affordable food system for a growing population within our planetary boundaries. Our food system suffers from climate change and its own inefficiencies leading to unpredictability of the prices for farmers, 10-20% of food lost never reaching the consumer, and logistics further causing up to 20% of world's CO2 emissions.

We aim high with the full digitalization and democratization of the Value Chain from Demand to Delivery. Our platform will not only match supplier with buyer but our AI based optimization models will allow multiple stakeholders to benefit from better decisions ranging from yield prediction, certifications, price forecasting, logistics optimization and food traceability to the last mile.

Digital Ecosystem Lead in the area of sustainable and regenerative Agriculture

Your mission

• Building our digital impact business model in agriculture
• Liaise with potential customers (farmers, buyers), partners, and develop our product market fit
• Prepare respective stakeholder communication incl. social media
• Project and Knowledge Management

You are

• Enthusiastic for solving great societal challenges

Your experience

• You study / studied agronomics, agricultural / life science, sustainability, AI technology; alternatively, you have comparable work experience
• Versatile in standard software (MS / Google) and further digital project management tools
• First project experience in digital platforms and supply chains.
• Project Management
• German / English work proficiency
