Business Operations Praktikum (m/w/d) @ Space-Tech Start-Up

Your mission

In this role, you will become an integral part of our Business Operations team that supports the smooth operations of Vyoma. You have a unique opportunity to make an impact on the company’s journey toward its first satellite launches.

We are looking for a generalist who would like to explore various aspects of business operations in a growing startup. You’ll gain valuable insight into how a cutting-edge company operates while making a tangible impact. Your work will help optimize our internal processes, and ensure our resources are used efficiently as we scale.

Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting with the onboarding process for new employees to ensure a smooth start.
Organizing and coordinating company events.
Supporting a variety of operational initiatives and marketing projects.
Creating and maintaining a pleasant, well-equipped office environment to support colleagues in their day-to-day operations.
Managing inventory and ensuring office supplies are well-stocked.

Your profile

Your education: you either already hold a degree or are in the final year of your master’s studies in business administration, management, or a related field.
Languages: fluency both in English and German.
Tools: proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power Point.
Your mindset: a proactive, entrepreneurial personality with strong organizational and communication skills and an eye for details.
An eagerness to learn and join an early-stage business that wants to change the world.
Bonus points: prior experience through internships or part-time roles in business operations, project management, office management is a plus.
