ABOUT THIS ROLE

Our mission at Avelios is to build the leading software platform for the data-driven digitization of hospitals and patient care. To do so, we have built a modular software platform that digitizes and optimizes workflows in hospitals with cutting-edge technology in a user-friendly way. With our software, we enable hospitals, doctors & nurses to provide their patients with the best possible care.

To continue to shape the future of healthcare, we are looking for a Product Manager as key part of our cross-functional team of medical experts and software engineers to continuously push our product roadmap and develop a great product our users love.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead a cross-functional product team of software engineers and medical experts
Own the product backlog and translate requirements based on customer needs and business goals into clear and actionable user stories and acceptance criteria for the development team
Work closely with software engineers to drive day-to-day product development and ensure regular, reliable, and high-quality releases
Break down our product vision into a prioritized roadmap, considering technical constraints, business requirements, and market demands and make sure we deliver on it
Establish and continuously improve internal processes & tooling to ensure efficient operations
Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities, trends, and potential areas for product improvement

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

Seeking exceptional candidates with successfully completed studies in a business or technology-related field
Relevant experience working in product management teams. Ideally at another startup and/or B2B software company
Excellent analytical, decision-making and problem-solving abilities
Very good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to present complex issues in an understandable way and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Ability to manage multiple projects with different internal and external stakeholders
You are passionate about building state-of-the-art digital health products
Excellent oral and written communication in German and English
