Co founder CTO equity

I'm looking for a technical co-founder (CTO) to build a B2B infrastructure platform for a highly fragmented and fast-growing industry.

The vision is to create an automation layer that fundamentally changes how product development and manufacturing processes work in Europe.

I'm bringing deep industry expertise (founder/operator in the space), financing the MVP myself, and have explicit access to VCs for the next funding stage.

Looking for someone who:

• Has strong experience in building SaaS or platform products

• Thinks automation-first (AI/GPT experience is a plus)

• Wants to own tech & product end-to-end

• Enjoys building fast & lean

• Sees themselves as a real partner, not just a developer
