Sales Assistant (Working Student) (m/f/d)

Your mission

Support the day-to-day sales activities at AVES Reality across the full sales funnel (from prospecting support to closing assistance)

Maintain and update our CRM system, ensuring data quality and documentation of customer interactions.
Help prepare sales materials such as presentations, one-pagers, and follow-up emails.
Present the AVES Reality solutions in introductory calls to potential customers.
Represent AVES Reality at selected conferences and industry events, including on-site support at our booths.
Closely collaborate with our founders and sales team to continuously improve our sales process.

Your profile

You are a communicative and organized business student with first B2B sales experience, CRM know-how and a strong drive to learn quickly in a startup environment.

Enrolled in a Bachelor/Master in Business, Management, Economics, or a similar field.
Initial experience in B2B sales, business development or account management (e.g., internships or working student roles).
Confident working with CRM systems and handling of data in a structured way.
Strong communication skills and affinity for negotiation (aka you enjoy talking to people).
You are reliable, pro-active, and organized, with a hands-on, responsibility-driven mindset.
Excellent German and English skills (written and spoken).
