Sales Assistant (Working Student) (m/f/d)

Your mission
 
Support the day-to-day sales activities at AVES Reality across the full sales funnel (from prospecting support to closing assistance)
  • Maintain and update our CRM system, ensuring data quality and documentation of customer interactions.
  • Help prepare sales materials such as presentations, one-pagers, and follow-up emails.
  • Present the AVES Reality solutions in introductory calls to potential customers.
  • Represent AVES Reality at selected conferences and industry events, including on-site support at our booths.
  • Closely collaborate with our founders and sales team to continuously improve our sales process.

Your profile

You are a communicative and organized business student with first B2B sales experience, CRM know-how and a strong drive to learn quickly in a startup environment.

  • Enrolled in a Bachelor/Master in Business, Management, Economics, or a similar field.
  • Initial experience in B2B sales, business development or account management (e.g., internships or working student roles).
  • Confident working with CRM systems and handling of data in a structured way.
  • Strong communication skills and affinity for negotiation (aka you enjoy talking to people).
  • You are reliable, pro-active, and organized, with a hands-on, responsibility-driven mindset.
  • Excellent German and English skills (written and spoken).
