We are DoNexus from Munich and we build AI agents for property management companies.

Our mission: to solve staff shortages in property management with AI by developing digital employees for management companies.

DoNexus was founded by Daniel Parak and Zeno Woywood in March 2025. In the first 7 months, we generated six-figure revenue, brought our first investors on board and are now ready to take the market by storm together with you!

🎯 Your Mission

You bring consistency and reliability in our systems by testing frontend / backend interactions, write End-to-End test and ensure the quality of our AI.

What you’ll do:

• You test our systems end-to-end and ensure that frontend, backend and AI agents work reliably together.
• You spot silent and logical AI failures, evaluate response quality and think in real customer scenarios.
• You build and improve automated tests (Playwright, Jest, Pytest) to increase coverage and prevent regressions.
• You run manual tests, uncover edge cases and make sure only stable features reach our customers.
• You turn findings into clear bug reports (or fix them) and work closely with the team to steadily raise product quality.

You don’t need to know everything – learning velocity is what counts.

🛠️ Your Skillset

Must-have

• You are studying (Business) Informatics, Data/AI, Engineering or similar – or have comparable practical experience.
• First hands-on experience with JavaScript/TypeScript or Python (university, projects, internships).
• Basic understanding of APIs, data modelling and clean code (Git, PRs, code reviews).
• First experience with testing infrastructure and solid understanding of software system interactions.
• Structured way of working, fast iteration, ownership mindset.

Nice to have

• Basics in SQL/Postgres, Supabase.
• First applied experience in fast paced environments (startup or similar)

⏱️ Framework / Conditions

• Working student: 15–20 hrs/week (flexible, compatible with your studies)
• Internship: Full-time 4–6 months (mandatory or voluntary)
• Location: On-site in Munich, Maxvorstadt
• Start: Immediately (January onwards)
