About nexwise

We're building agentic AI that masters product complexity for industrial companies. We've raised our pre-seed round from top-tier angels and VCs and are working with German industrial manufacturers with >€1Bn revenue. Our guided selling AI agents help customers find the right product reliably, and we're building nexus – our product data layer for AI agents across sales, support, marketing and product management.

What you'll do

• Design the user experience of our AI agents for sales, marketing, support and product management
• Pioneer hybrid UX patterns that combine structured UI components with conversational AI
• Design information-dense interfaces that make complex technical data understandable at a glance
• Implement a lightweight design system of components that can be mixed and matched to build new AI agent interfaces quickly
• Implement a mobile first version of our AI agent interfaces
• Lead user research and translate insights into actionable product improvements

You're a great fit if you

• Bridge the gap between engineering and design – started as an engineer who fell in love with UX, or a designer who learned to code
• Have taken features from concept to production, strongest on frontend but comfortable with backend
• Have strong frontend skills with attention to detail and pixel-perfect execution
• Think like a product person and thrive on direct customer interaction
• Have experience with React, Next.js, Tailwind, Shadcn/UI and TypeScript
• Have implemented mobile interfaces before

Nice to have

• Speak German fluently
• Early-stage startup experience
• Experience prototyping with AI tools like v0
• Located in or willing to relocate to Munich

Compensation

€80,000-€120,000 annually plus 0.5-1.1% equity (VSOP)
