GEMARA® by GEMARAhealth is the digital fitness trail that brings the classic from the 1970s into the 21st century through “Real-Virtuality”: Go Out And Move Around! Our customers – including companies, government agencies, municipalities, and schools – can use GEMARA® to create an effective and low-barrier health promotion offering and thereby not only support their employees, students, or residents, but also strategically brand their company, for example for employer branding or as a sponsor for the target audience. How does it work? You probably still know a fitness trail in your area: the signs in the forest, by the lake, in the park with squats, arm circles, or jumping jacks. Imagine that with GEMARA® we can build such a fitness path® anywhere in the world. Right in front of your company, your school, or in the most beautiful spot in your town. Unlike the old trails, our (already over 550) fitness paths® don’t have signs, but instead use our GEMARAhealth app. Because we understand health promotion and prevention as self-determined and truly holistic, you can choose a coaching topic at the starting point. You will then be guided by an expert, one of our trail companions – and not just for physical health promotion, but also for mental or social well-being. Soon you’ll be able to collect HealthyCoins® every time you do a round, which you can then redeem with your employer for nice benefits, for example.
