Specifically, a dual funding approach is implemented: founders receive a subsidy for creative services needed to implement the campaign. The funding is linked to contracts for the local creative industries. Municipal rental and space offerings We assist you in selecting your business location, purchasing or renting a commercial property, and with all questions related to your business settlement. We support you in settling in one of Munich’s eight industrial parks, which offer optimal working conditions at moderate rental rates for small and medium-sized craft, industrial, and wholesale businesses. For innovation-oriented business startups, the Munich Technology Center offers well-equipped rental spaces combined with various service offerings.
