yoummday’s concept is based on an innovative platform solution that connects independent customer service or telesales agents, which yoummday calls Talents, to customers via the marketplace principle. The Talents work in their home office and yoummday enables them to work worldwide via the platform for exciting inbound, outbound, or web chat projects. yoummday has a talent pool of more than 22,000 registered talents and can implement a customer project efficiently, flexibly, and individually within the shortest time through the platform model. With the products ONE, PLUS, and PRO, the customer can decide for himself whether his company needs only the technology solution (CRM and call software), whether he wants to use the platform himself or whether he wants to hand it over to yoummday via managed service. Through the concept of self-employment, yoummday allows the talents to receive a remuneration that is up to twice as high as in comparable jobs in the respective country. The remuneration model provides that Talents receive up to 80% of the remuneration, whereas the customer has cost savings of up to 25% compared to conventional call centers. It leads to a higher quality within the projects due to the increased motivation of the talents.
