Munich Impact Incubator: A successful first batch for Munich’s sustainable startup scene
The first batch of the Munich Impact Incubator has been completed – and Muniqo Performante has been crowned the winner. The four-month program has not only supported innovative startups, but also created a strong community. Women in Tech: Julia Seiss
Founder Julia Seiss has a colorful and impressive career path. She first built a career in hospitality and brewing, including a doctorate in Edinburgh. Since 2024, she has been not only managing director of Munich tech company Testando but also founder of Jambo, a local impact enterprise. Testando conducts mystery checks at gastronomy companies. Jambo, meanwhile, addresses issues such as poverty in old age and loneliness among seniors, bringing them into employment through sewing sustainable textiles.
